If you are having problems with snoring and are looking to the internet for information, you are probably finding hundreds of contrasting views and opinions about what products and techniques are the best cure to snoring. So this is my stop snoring review of different techniques. Below are considered to be the best stop snoring cures available now.

The best way to go about deciding what is right for you, is figuring out what causes your snoring, and using common sense.

The #1 cure to snoring is posture remedies. Sleeping on your back is the worst position you can sleep in if you want to get rid of your snoring. Train yourself to lay on your side by fixing a ball to the back of your shirt, or wearing a shirt with a pocket backwards to put a ball in. This will prevent you from laying comfortably on your back, and train you to lay on your side. Try sleeping on firmer pillows, or more pillows, or no pillows! Neck and throat position is another top culprit of snoring. If one position for your head isn’t working, try another.

The #2 best solution to cure snoring is snoring exercises. Snoring can be caused by the relaxing and weakening of muscles and tissues lining your throat or jaw. Snoring exercises involve such things as holding your tongue on the bottom of your throat for 15 seconds, repeated several times. Or putting pressure back on your jaw, and resisting with your jaw muscle. These only take a few minutes a day, cost nothing, and change your snoring permanently (unlike many devices that you have to use forever!).

The #3 cure to snoring are mouth device, or throat sprays. Of all the products on the market, these are the most effect and sensible ones. Mouth devices position your jaw to eliminate slackness that could cause snoring, and throat sprays moisten the tissues lining your throat to prevent vibration.

That’s my stop snoring review! The path to curing snoring is different for everyone, but one of these three strategies is most likely to work for you. Try them, each for at least 5 days, and if your not satisfied, you can seek the advice of your physician also.
